Oh no! Republicans want to clean up Moore County voter rolls

Led by election integrity champion Carol Wheeldon, Moore County Republican Party volunteers are engaging in a comprehensive campaign to answer a basic question: Are voters on the Moore County voting rolls still residing at the address found on their registrations? And, if not, do they remain Moore County voters, or have they moved out of state, and, thus, should be removed from the system as registered voters. Citizens have begun to receive the letters in their mailboxes. Believe it or not, they are horrified. A resident identified on the NextDoor app as Sarah M. of Mid South Country Club, launched what became a thread of replies by locals who can't comprehend that the election infrastructure is a well-oiled machine, immune from fraud and abuse. "I received a letter from an individual I do not know, requesting that I confirm all registered voters living at our address as a volunteer for a 'Voter Integrity Project' -- something I'd never heard of and when I looked them up, gave me grave concerns about the continued propagation of false panic over the security of our elections." What is to be concluded? Democrats in Moore County are worried that the gig is up.
